I understand that the following apply:

We will contact you to confirm availability of your charter. If the charter is available we will then expect to receive a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person per day. A detailed confirmation of booking will then be sent, along with your invoice which needs to be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to your charter date. If booking within 4 weeks prior to charter date, full payment is required.

You can book as few or as many places as you require, but the number of places booked will be charged for unless we receive cancellation in writing 4 weeks prior to your charter date. If Dive Action Diving Services cancels diving due to severe weather conditions, you have the option of arranging an alternative date, or receiving a refund (less the non-refundable deposit).
